Amazing service, perfect beach access.

our stay at ensueno holbox & beach club aparthotel was quite memorable, despite the storm. the pool area was nice and the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the beach bar carolina. the reception staff were really friendly and went out of their way to help us, even lending us a hairdryer!

We had a fantastic stay with spacious family accommodations and a powerful shower that made our mornings so refreshing. The kids loved relaxing by the fabulous pool and soaking up the sun on the garden terrace. On the downside, the hammock outside our room was a bit of a mosquito hotspot, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 🌞

We had such a peaceful time at this place! The staff were super friendly and even helped us set up a whale shark tour, like, can you believe that? It was just a few minutes walk to the beach club where we lounged under the palm trees and sipped on refreshing cocktails.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but honestly, for what we got, it felt fine.

We spent an incredible three nights in our apartment, enjoying the lovely private terrace with a hammock. The staff’s warm hospitality made our family feel at home. Don't miss lounging at the stunning beach club and try to rise early for breakfast—it’s at best when fresh!

Great stay with a family of four. The room was comfortable with a balcony. The two pools were perfect, especially the rooftop one at sunset. Breakfast options were good, and the beach club is just a minute away. Staff was friendly and helpful. 🌴

Our stay was fantastic! The vibe at the hotel was perfect for our large family, including our three dogs. We truly enjoyed relaxing at the lush pool and exploring the nearby beach with its stunning views. The local tacos bar was a highlight every night.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach. The snorkeling excursion was well organized and really enjoyable. The room felt smaller than expected, with poor lighting. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was fantastic with great air conditioning and a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cool. The pool was a haven beside the beach, and there was a beach club offering discounts for guests. However, during our stay, power outages were a significant issue, lasting nearly a full day, and the staff seemed dismissive about the situation, which was frustrating as it affected Wi-Fi access that my wife needed for work.
